
YOGA & MINDFULNESS CLASSES
We offer engaging, hands-on, credit-earning, virtual or in-person yoga & mindfulness classes!
Students Will:
Earn 5 P.E. credits per semester
Learn new concepts, skills & practices in yoga and mindfulness
Develop their physical, mental and social-emotional skillsets
Have fun!
Class Features:
Class sessions are 1.5 hrs each
Classes meet 2x per week
Virtual & in-person options
Taught by highly qualified teachers
Small class sizes (15-25 students)
Yoga mat & other supplies included
Optional off-site field trips & advanced skills days
