YOGA & MINDFULNESS CLASSES

We offer engaging, hands-on, credit-earning, virtual or in-person yoga & mindfulness classes!

Students Will:

  • Earn 5 P.E. credits per semester

  • Learn new concepts, skills & practices in yoga and mindfulness

  • Develop their physical, mental and social-emotional skillsets

  • Have fun!

Class Features:

  • Class sessions are 1.5 hrs each

  • Classes meet 2x per week

  • Virtual & in-person options

  • Taught by highly qualified teachers

  • Small class sizes (15-25 students)

  • Yoga mat & other supplies included

  • Optional off-site field trips & advanced skills days
